CCS Group Technician will review data and notice trends or abnormalities. They will control automatic systems and monitor data in real time. You will collaborate closely with the shift leader and supervisor to ensure any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main tasks of CCS Group Technician should include but not limited to the following:
Monitor digital alarms and process data in real time
Control automatic systems across the manufacturing floor including emergency response systems
Cultivate an extensive knowledge of the process, including the functions of each involved machine and processing stage
Conducts hourly checks to assure all assigned technicians in department is maintaining daily target goals
Monitors production & maintains proper balanced inventory of all parts.Able to conduct all department operations at 100% efficiency, motivates team and has good coaching abilities and a good working relationship with employees & management.
Immediately reports all product, production, quality & safety issues to Production supervisor
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
2-5 years working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Associate degree engineering, or relevant degree or equivalent is required.
Experience with networked based computer systems. (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement with suggestions and ideas.
Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and leadership skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk the production area throughout the workday
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift without any restrictions
Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required within limits set by Q CELLS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree: A technical, engineering, or relevant diploma will be preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management experience for workers in manufacturing.
Knowledge of relevant manufacturing and processes related to the solar or semiconductor industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
