POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with experience in energy applications to join our team. In this role, you will participate in the development, deployment, and optimization of scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in the renewable energy sector. To be successful in this role, you must have deep expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect, Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Azure cloud, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for energy-related applications
- Monitor solution performance and usage, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency and compliance
- Provide technical insights and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Stay current with no/low-code technologies, cloud technologies and implement new features based on business needs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing applications
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure
- Demonstrated proficiency in architecting applications based on Power Platform
- Strong foundation in software development and programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C#)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with energy sector applications and workflows
