Hanwha Qcells is seeking rising junior or senior full-time students during the 2025 Summer Internship Program. The internship program will allow students to perform administrative duties related to the operations of various projects in the company. During the internship, interns will receive training and work on various projects directly impacting the business, such as solar panel industry research.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the company’s overall concept, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of services.
Rotate through company divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
Accept designated business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship.
Engage with office employees and clients and provide strategic opinions and support.
Provide suggestions to management for improving factory building project processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a full-time student in an undergraduate program at a four-year university.
Must be a rising college junior or senior at a four-year university.
Pursuing degrees in
Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science & Engineering, Material Science & Engineering (MSE), Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in Cartersville factory full-time for 8 weeks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
