POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This plays a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the management of Enfin’s installer network. This role is responsible for supporting risk mitigation strategies and improving decision-making processes within accounts. It focuses on aligning merchant network interests with organizational goals and resolving installer issues efficiently. The primary aim is to bridge the gap between Operations and Risk by taking a proactive approach to pipeline management and operational processes, including net settlement and mitigating First Payment Defaults (FPDs). This role ensures that strategic decisions boost client success and organizational resilience.

This position may be remote or based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide quality quantitative information to aid in account management decision-making
  • Manage the installer network through clear stratifications, setting expectations, and ensuring procedural execution
  • Enhance the timeliness and efficiency of resolving installer issues
  • Execute on net settlements, providing partners with accurate data on balances due and detailing how deductions will be applied
  • Strategically manage pipelines by arranging payment plans with installers in a net negative state
  • Engage with partners on upcoming FPDs, initiating discussions at 1-30 days post-FPD and pursuing net settlements after 45 days
  • Address complaints by identifying root causes and delivering actionable items based on data like inspection reports and installer-provided permits
  • Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Act as a stakeholder in internal meetings for the Operations/Risk departments
  • Conduct pipeline management meetings to track and address issues in partners’ progress
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

        Bachelor’s degree – business management or related field with a minimum of 5+ solar industry operations experience in PPA/leases and/or loans preferred

        Strong written and oral communications and the ability to influence parties to desired outcome

        Ability to engage, maintain, and foster installer relationships

        Ability to work cross functionally to drive process improvement and bring projects to completion

        Demonstrated track record of successfully working on multiple projects and activities at one time; must possess ability to work effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and complete assignments with little oversight

        Excellent time management and prioritization; enjoy operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
