Description

The manager, training & integration will be responsible for designing, implementing, executing and facilitating training programs for external partners installers in the residential solar and finance sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of solar technology, financing products, regulatory compliance and sales strategies with excellent communication and people skills.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the product overview & specific needs of external partner installers.
  • Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions on the EnFin platform including solar technology, financial products, sales techniques, and industry regulations to new external partners.
  • Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online resources to support learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and relevant to industry trends and best practices.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Provide and execute ongoing support and learning development external partners, offering guidance and assistance as they apply newly acquired knowledge their organization.
  • Stay informed about advancements in the EnFin product, process & procedures, regulatory changes, and incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to schedule in person and/or virtual training sessions and ensure knowledge-based requirements are met for newly onboarding installer.
  • Manage and maintain internal and external knowledge-based materials.
 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as renewable energy, business, or education (or equivalent work experience) is preferred
  • 5+ years experience in the solar financing, with a strong understanding of solar technology, financing models, and ethical sales processes
  • 3+ years  experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
  • 3+ years experience leading teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse external audiences
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt training content and delivery methods based on the needs of different learner groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • MBA or master’s degree in education
  • Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma certification or similar certification

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
