SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast HR needs and create long-term workforce planning strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and department heads in all HR-related matters.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, both internally and externally.
- Implement robust onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth integration into the organization.
- Monitor and manage employee performance evaluation processes, ensuring fair and objective assessments and providing guidance on performance improvement.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that foster a positive work environment, compliance with labor laws, and employee well-being.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Resolve conflicts and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Learning and Development:
- Identify training and development needs across the organization and design programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on a variety of HR and professional development topics.
- Develop and implement career development frameworks and succession plans to support employee growth and retention.
5. HR Operations and Compliance:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee data and records with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Korean bilingual preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training and development programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are highly desirable.
