POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Energy Service team is committed to advancing the growth of Qcells' Energy Service Business through innovative initiatives such as Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SREC) and Virtual Power Plants (VPP) across multiple states. We are currently looking for a Program Operations Associate, Energy Services, to support the expansion of these programs and grow alongside Qcells' vision of becoming a Complete Energy Solution Provider. This role will manage business processes to ensure program success, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive value for all participants. This position reports to Energy Service Team Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting customer onboarding process and process automation.
  • Utilizing quantitative skills to analyze and report on Energy Service and system production data.
  • Overseeing the management of sales and marketing materials across all Energy Service Sales channels, while working closely with the Platform Business and Marketing teams on preparation.
  • Facilitating asset registration across multiple Tracking Systems and VPP programs.
  • Educating customers on our energy services to enhance their understanding.
  • Conducting market research on Energy Service programs.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to unfamiliar tasks and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficient time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Excel, Power Point, and process automation.
