STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE

FlexRack by Qcells is an integrated solar company that offers custom-designed, fixed tilt ground mount and single-axis solar tracking systems in the commercial and utility-scale solar mounting industries. Solar FlexRack also offers full services, including engineering, geotechnical, pullout testing, field, and layout design services to address the actual site conditions of a project site. FlexRack has completed over 3.5 GW of solar racking installations in over 40 U.S. states, 9 Canadian provinces and across the globe.

 

 

SUMMARY

 

We are currently seeking a Strategic Accounts Representative to work with our cross-functional business units and serve as the main point of contact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

This position reports to the Director of Operations, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate.

This position is located in 23000 Rd. Suite B, Cleveland, OH 44122  and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 10%.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Qcells divisions and FlexRack internal teams (Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, etc.)
  • Process intake information from sister companies and facilitate email and in-person communications between FR Engineering and Qcells division requesting quotations.
  • Enter opportunities into Salesforce for tracking and quoting new projects.
  • Quarterback all requests and communications with key sister company accounts.
  • Ensure that all contracts and necessary paperwork are signed and stored appropriately.
  • Maintain assigned key accounts, provide ongoing client support, and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional manner, reporting them to management as required.
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships by keeping in regular communication with key account stakeholders.
  • Handle client queries and find innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Perform recordkeeping and prepare pipeline opportunity forecasts and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of company activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Prioritize, coordinate, review, and track key deliverables. (proposals, task orders, delivery schedules, warranty documentation, etc.)
  • Acquire and maintain working knowledge of solar project development, marketing, engineering, sales service, shipping, manufacturing, and purchasing functions related to the company products.
  • Regular attendance, in accordance with the company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor of Science in business, or other technically/commercially focused degrees.
  • Experience in account management in the solar industry or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-start in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven and solutions-oriented.

·          Stationary Position: frequently remains stationary up to 90% of the time and sitting up to 8 hours in a day

·          Move/Traverse: infrequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walk

·          Carry Weight: infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 50 pounds

·          Hearing and Speech: frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

·          Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and far

·          Climb: occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to office upper and lower floors

·          Travel: up to 10% as needed
