POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for forecasting, managing, analyzing and reporting the sales performance and financial results - P&L (Profit and Loss), CF (Cash Flow) and BS (Balance Sheet). The role also entails completing market research and analysis regarding the residential solar industry including financial products (Loan and Third-Party Ownership), energy services including renewable incentives and VPP (Virtual Power Plant) programs. This position reports to the Head of HES Business Excellence Center and or any another member of senior management that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be based out of our office in San Francisco, CA with an in-office schedule that is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. The position will also require travel up to 20%. Remote options are available for exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting and managing business goals along with KPIs
  • Monitoring and supervising overall sales performance and in-depth data analysis
  • Collecting comprehensive data from each department and forecasting P&L and CF
  • Strategic planning for market and channel expansion
  • Developing hypotheses, and performing the data analysis as evidence
  • Supporting management decisions with internal and external research and analysis
  • Thorough analysis and comprehension of customers, competitors and market
  • Maintain constant communications with other company groups and departments locally and globally.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Head of HES Business Excellence Center or upper management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business or finance analytics.
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance (consolidation)
  • Advanced level of computer skills: MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Ability to identify and develop key strategic partnerships
  • Korean Bilingual speaking and writing capability
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • High degree of professionalism and conduct
  • Must be comfortable interfacing outside the company, including executive presentations, negotiations, and contractual review
  • Must be self-motivated, creative, and possess strategic planning skills
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA Certification
  • Experience in the energy or finance industry
  • Experience utilizing software such as Salesforce and Tableau

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
