Logistics Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Adairsville, GA

Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

SUMMARY

Logistics Operator is responsible for inspection of materials that affects for Finished Goods, including incoming and outgoing to ensure all materials getting shipped is meeting inspection criteria given. Logistics Operator’s task will be including all relative to warehouse management and material inspection but not limited to material handling, inventory counting, organize inspection data and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the duties of inspection on Finished Goods Materials incoming and outgoing based on given inspection criteria.
• Document daily on damages identified with and organize inspection data on excel (such as taking pictures of damage and which category was utilized to determine as damage)
• Conduct Inventory counting when needed with tools (Scanner)
• Monitor material handling, loading and unloading process and report any irregularities
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
• Able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
• Able to understand the inspection criteria given and conduct inspection based on data
• Utilize basic function of excel to conduct inventory counting and organize inspection data on excel
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
• Able to stand and walk for long hours inside the warehouse

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of SCM and logistics
