INSIDE SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

FlexRack also offers full services, including engineering, geotechnical, pullout testing, field, and layout design services to address the actual site conditions of a project site. SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team to drive business. The Inside Sales Support Coordinator would support both EPC sales and module sales opportunities. This position reports to the Regional Sales Director, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position reports to the Highland Hills, OH officeWorking hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 10% of the time.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, or social media to introduce our solar products and service.
  • Manage sister company and legacy sales
  • Manage PO approval process
  • Maintain accurate records of company activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Prioritize, coordinate, review, and track key deliverables.
  • Prepare documents, gather data, and coordinate with the sales team to prepare presentations and meetings.
  • Support sales team in day-to-day quotations and on boarding of customers.
  • Work closely with sales team to develop tailored strategy for each customer pursuit.
  • Support customer prequalification efforts where needed for new customers, in close coordination with sales team.
  • Following up on customer requirements.
  • Acquire and maintain the working knowledge of solar project development, marketing, engineering, sales service, shipping, manufacturing, and purchasing functions related to the company products.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation and lead qualification.
     
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor of Science in business, or other technically/commercially focused degrees.
    • Experience in sales of the solar industry or related fields preferred.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to self-start in a fast-paced environment.
    • Results-driven and solutions-oriented.
       

    EXAMPLES OF PHYSICAL DEMANDS

     

    •          Stationary Position: frequently remains stationary up to 90% of the time and sitting up to 8 hours in a day
    •          Move/Traverse: infrequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walk
    •          Carry Weight: infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 50 pounds
    •          Hearing and Speech: frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
    •          Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and far
    •          Climb: occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to office upper and lower floors
    •          Travel: up to 10% as needed
