POSITION DESCRIPTION:

EnFin’s Project Lead is responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery of the projects, ensuring that the project remains on time and meets the customer expectations. This role will require the coordinating of large-scale innovative/strategic products and services launched from discovery through implementation in an agile environment. This role will also be asked to contribute ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on many projects within the team’s portfolio that may be outside the domain of expertise.  This position reports to Delivery Manager of the EnFin Platform Tech Team or any other senior personnel the President of the Company may designate. This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with an in-office schedule that is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote options are available for exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor requirement readiness, bridge the gap between development team and product managers/operations team, highlight risks, and coordinate UAT completion for all the projects.
  • Ensure dependency alignment for the teams across organization & external partners.
  • Assign and track day-to-day Kanban requests from operations team.
  • Work with QA leads as well as oversees QA execution and improvement.
  • Assists with bridging gaps between vendor partners and product managers/operations team.
  • Provide day-to-day support to delivery manager in managing portfolio level delivery and process improvement.
  • Maintain constant communications with other company groups and departments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields with 2 - 5 years of experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions
  • Experience managing distributed team in multi-national multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
  • Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions; design meetings; progress and status meetings).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
  • Experience in Fintech lending industry
  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Architectural concepts and solutioning mindset.
  • Passionate, collaborative, and self-driven attitude to deliver value.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
