Description

The Sr. Sales Operations Associate will provide administrative support to the sales managers in all regions, in the USA. This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager or another member of senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in Irvine, California, and offers a hybrid work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key Account Handling

            Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

            Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans, forecasting sales and identifying growth opportunities within key accounts.

            Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Project Management

            Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments (such as marketing, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.

            Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in critical projects and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

            Project Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.

  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements for a more streamlined and effective workflow.
  • Sales Tools Management: Manage and optimize sales tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and communication platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and project performance data, providing actionable insights to the sales team and management.
  • Team Training: Provide training and support to sales teams on best practices, sales strategies, and effective account management techniques.
  • Sales Support: Offer support to the sales team by providing necessary resources, information, and tools to enhance their effectiveness in managing key accounts and critical projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • High degree of professionalism and conduct at all times
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results; able to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly to clients
  • Demonstrated customer focus and strong communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn SAP and new systems
  • Detailed oriented
  • Able to multitask
  • Determine priorities 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy multi-tasking multiple projects and/or tasks
  • You have the demonstrated ability to work with high-volume orders

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
