Reports to: Production Manager

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Office)

SUMMARY

The Production Coordinator is responsible for Production rosters/schedules, headcount, attendance and communicate with internal hiring managers and external staffing vendors.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the accuracy of headcount rosters for Production staff
• Daily attendance tracking
• Keeping the schedule updated to reflect recent status and shared timely with relevant teams using Excel spreadsheets with well connected formulas, easily updatable and recognizable form
• Communicate and coordinate with Human Resources, Production, and staffing agencies in a timely manner to maintain staffing requirements
• Analyze absences and turnover trends to make appropriate countermeasure recommendations
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management
   

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•         Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience

•         Must be able to perform the essential functions and have advanced Excel experience

•         Candidates must have a satisfactory work record without attendance or performance related job disqualifications

•         Must have experience troubleshooting day-to-day product issues and the ability to correct them via adjustments, layout, or procedural changes

•         Must possess strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and ability to treat all team members with respect
 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•         Experience in solar panels industry

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS

•         Lifting up to 50lbs

•         Walking and standing for 50% of work shift
