We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst Product Management to join our growing TPO (Third Party Owned) team. This is a financial and technical product that allows homeowners to finance Solar projects on their home in a much more accessible way. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the product management team across various functions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in requirements gathering, tracking and developing deliverables, managing troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with technical teams on development resources and timelines, contributing to the development of the product roadmap, and collaborating closely with sales operations teams. 

This is a new position which has opened due to the expansion of the product. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your career in Product Management as the product continues to grow! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders and customers
  • Track and manage development deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Manage troubleshooting efforts and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with technical teams to allocate resources effectively and manage development timelines
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap
  • Coordinate closely with sales operations teams to align product strategies with market needs
  • Identify executional gaps in product strategy and propose solutions to streamline processes
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy discussions and decisions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or equivalent practical experience 
  • 6+ years experience in product or project management related experience 
  • Interest or experience in digital solutions is beneficial 
  • Quick learner with a keen interest in renewable energy, finance, solar technology, or related fields 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and propose well-documented solutions 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in product management or business analyst roles 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies 
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
