Description

The TPO Project Manager will build and execute processes and products to support the Third Party Owned operational workflow.  The Project Manager will coordinate with business partners across the organization to intake and prioritize business needs for process enhancements for TPO project milestones. This role will support and contribute to the business's operations in scaling the company’s growth. This position reports to the Head of EnFin Strategy & Ops or another member of senior management that the President of the EnFin or Head of EnFin Strategy & Ops may designate. Candidates may work out of our corporate offices in the following locations: Irvine, CA / San Francisco, CA / Remote, USA  

  

  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the creation and rollout of process/product for EnFin TPO program to align with internal risk policies, investor / market requirements 
  • Thoroughly test new procedures and processes in order to ensure a smooth transition to the designated party 
  • Intake / prioritize business needs from internal and external stakeholders with a focus on driving sales volume from Partner Installers 
  • SME for all EnFin PTO operational processes and requirements 
  • Review reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program enhancements, and document areas of improvement and excellence
  • Coordinate across the organizations and collaborate with relevant EnFin team to create and manage TPO Program updates and announcements to our Partner Installers.  This includes verifying the contents of the TPO Partner Newsletter and targeted notifications as applicable
  • Partner Portal UI/UX Improvements for TPO Program by collaborating with the EnFin Dev team to add new features and/or improvements to existing Partner Portal for better customer experience
  • All other assignments and special projects, as requested by management

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience project management
  • Fluency in MS Project or equivalent project management software.  
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects to meet aggressive deadlines 
  • PMP Certification, preferred
  • Desire to proactively engage with business partners to identify opportunities for business process improvements and cost savings 
  • Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs. 
  • Previous experience working in solar finance or EPC 
  • Advanced knowledge of business operations and project planning 
  • Exceptional ability to identify future business opportunities and mitigate compliance risks 
  • Excellent ability to communicate among construction, technical and non-technical personnel, both internally and outside the company

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
