Description

As a Customer Accounts Receivables Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating smooth financial transactions. Your primary focus will be on interacting with customers to resolve any issues preventing timely payment of invoices while maintaining a world-class customer experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage directly with customers to resolve inquiries and issues related to invoice payments, ensuring a high level of customer service and prompt resolution.
  • Conduct routine payment outreach to encourage timely payments, negotiate solutions to discrepancies, and deliver a 5-star experience for our customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear and concise communication to prevent and resolve payment issues, and actionable solutions.
  • Prepare and review weekly and monthly progress reports focusing on customer transactions and payment trends to enhance customer satisfaction and company cash flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure effective communication and complete customer satisfaction.
  • Multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role involving a financial product.
  • Proficient with electronic remittance systems and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic contract law terms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
  • Experience in using financial software like QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP (preferred).
  • Understanding of financial statements and general financial reporting.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
