EnFin’s Manager, Counterparty Risk Data Analytics is responsible for the analysis, structuring, and administration of the various risk management data sets of the installer onboarding and continuous monitoring of EnFin counterparty/installer risk. This position reports to the Senior Director of Counterparty Risk Management or another senior personnel the president of the company may designate. While this employment opportunity is eligible for remote work, hybrid or onsite work may be required for candidates residing within a commutable distance of any of our corporate offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Teaneck, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •        Lead the development and execution of reporting and analytics  
  •        Ensure on-time reporting to all counterparties including banks and customers 
  •        Design & present reports to investors, senior management, counterparties, and lenders 
  •        Monitor compliance with underlying agreements 
  •        Analyze data of operational and financial data from various systems, including analysis of operational data, sales data, compliance, collections, & margins 
  •        Support and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization 
  •        Lead projects as assigned  
  •        Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations and executive teams to support risk decisions 
  •        Perform other duties as assigned 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, computer science, management information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a data analytics role
  • 4+ years experience in solar, PPA/leases and/or loans preferred
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Business performance analysis and data analytics experience; variance analysis of financial results, budgets, and operations; KPIs for loan and servicing business
  • Skilled in managing large data sets, translating to desired information & solutions
  • Experience in distributed energy, solar, and/or retail power preferred; related industry loan experience also considered
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully working on multiple projects and activities at one time; must possess ability to work effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and complete assignments with little oversight
  • Excellent time management and prioritization; enjoy operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in data science, technology or related field preferred
  • Fintech lending is a plus
  • PowerBI, Tableau, SQL Server

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
